About Tommy

Tommy is a qualified Personal trainer, nutrition coach, and kickboxing coach. Also doing a number of courses like kettlebells, Suspension training, Zuu Training, and much more. He has been involved in the fitness industry since 2008 and is forever developing his knowledge and experience. Also have been an Irish Kickboxing champion and competing around the world with the Irish national kickboxing team, fitness and nutrition was always a part of his career. 

He is also host of Tommy Delaney Fitness podcast where he expands on health and fitness topics and interviews other practitioners within the fitness industry.

Tommy also works with groups in schools and organisations promoting health, exercise, and education to upcoming adolescents.
