Like the rest of the population, you probably tried every fad diet on the radar, promising you that golden treasure that the rainbow brings but never seems to happen. So, your sold extreme workouts, fat loss supplements, a 30-day weight loss plan and promising you a Body Transformation like never. Now you’re at the point where you’re saying I just want control of my life back, but you are not sure where to start.

To get in shape, you’ll need to be consistent. To be consistent, you’ll need help.

You don’t have to go to extremes to get amazing results. I’ll help you achieve your goals without flipping your life upside down. There is no need for an all or nothing approach when you want to lose weight, inches, improve energy, mood. The key is a sustainable approach to help you stay consistent on adding in practice based daily actions one day at a time into your life. This will help you get in your best shape of your life and stay that way.

Is my coaching & fitness studio right for you?

Let’s be honest here, I have seen many clients of mine come and go over the years, losing weight & getting fitter but what I did not see out of this was them continuing in their journey to stay that way. It just reminds me of before and after pictures I see most trainers put up on social media, what’s happens when the after picture is done. I have done this in the past to, let’s be honest about it but I have learned from my mistakes over the last 10 years.

I still see and hear it, people just want that perfect meal plan and workouts, but it does not work that way when you are looking to transform yourself both inside and out. That is what gets unsustainable results and sends you on your way back to old habits and the old you. You end up putting all that weight back on and you feel worse off now than you did before you even started.

Let me be honest here…

Before you even think of getting started, I do not work with people who are not coachable, like quick-fix diets and only have shooting star commitment to a fitness program. If these, are you, I am not the right fit for you?

My mission as a coach is to change the way people look at their health and fitness, so they can achieve a healthy long-term relationship with food and exercise for life. Try not look at it as a chore you must do but more as a hobby you really enjoy each week. The only way you are going to get in the best shape of your life is by implementation and commitment as best you can. Studies have shown that people who stick to their fitness /nutrition habits at least 70% of the time will get in shape and stay in shape because it works for them clearly as it fits their lifestyle and routine which can help keep you in a healthy frame of mind.

Small Group Fitness Classes

The small group classes are different to other gyms because it is a more of a personal approach to your training. People love these classes because of the personal coaching aspect and seeing progress in many ways each week like building more strength or getting better at an exercise they struggled with before. The good thing is everyone is on the same program but at different levels depending on experience and the atmosphere is great in the class too. If you like a high energy workout and want to get up a good sweat too, you’re in the right place.

1-1 Personal Training

Personal training is a more Individual approach and can be a good place for some people to start, depending on the individual. This is where me and you sit down and decide what the best personal plan for you to reach your goals is. There is a certain level of commitment here each week from you as that is the only way you will get where you need to be.

Self Defence/Kickboxing

These classes are for those who want to try out some martial arts training with a non-contact approach. The is here is to let you learn self-defensive moves by training boxing/kickboxing techniques and building up a solid fitness level too. Classes are also high energy and a great way to get a good sweat on in a fun and safe environment.
